Refund policy

Because Unbound offers digital, personalized coaching services, we have the following refund policy:

• You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase only if you have not completed more than one full week of the program materials or used personalized sessions.
• After one week of access or usage, the program becomes non-refundable.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or sessions after this period.
• Digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed, as it is immediately available to the client.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you haven’t received access after payment, please contact us at the email below within 7 days of purchase.
