1 session/ week: 4 sessions total

• 2 sessions/week: 8 sessions total

• 3 sessions/week: 12 sessions total

. In-person Training: Home studio

Online Training: All sessions delivered online

Hybrid Training: 1 in-person session (home studio) + remaining sessions online, per week
